MTF Hormone Transformation
Understanding Hormones
A. Physical Changes
Breast Development: One of the first noticeable changes is breast tissue growth. Within a few months, budding may occur, leading to an A-cup breast development over several years.
Breast development using Transfemme® MTF breast enlargement pills has shown a regular pattern of B-G cup size increases depending on dosage and length of time used. In contrast to HRT, clinical studies have demonstrated that transwomen have marginal breast size increase and only achieve an A cup size despite years of HRT use.
Fat Redistribution: Estrogen causes fat to be stored in a more typically female pattern, such as around the hips and thighs. This can lead to a more feminine body shape—both Transfemme® and HRT cause female body fat distribution. The problem we have seen with some of our middle-aged customers who use HRT is they develop estrogen belly. Previously, they enjoyed a female curvature to their physique, and that youthful hourglass shape was replaced by an estrogen belly after using HRT! It is sad to see previously gorgeous customers with hourglass figures get convinced to try HRT and the estrogen belly they developed due to using HRT.
Skin Changes: The skin often becomes softer and clearer, and body hair might thin and grow more slowly.
Transfemme® customers report Skin and Hair Changes: softer, thinner skin, with softer and decreased facial hair and body hair and less male pattern baldness!
Muscle Mass: There’s a decrease in muscle mass and strength, especially in the upper body.
Genital Changes: Testicles might shrink, making spontaneous erections less common. Large doses of Transfemme® pills will also shrink penis size and testicles over time.
B. Emotional Changes
Hormones can also affect mood and feelings. Some individuals report feeling more in touch with their emotions, while others might experience mood swings or depression. It’s essential to communicate with healthcare professionals about any emotional changes.
Many transgender women report significant psychological and emotional benefits from hormone therapy, such as:
Alignment of Physical and Mental Self: Achieving a body that aligns more closely with their gender identity can be profoundly affirming.
Decreased Gender Dysphoria: Many individuals experience a reduction in gender dysphoria, the distressing feeling that their gender identity doesn’t align with their assigned gender.
Improved Mental Well-being: With the alignment of physical and mental self, many report improved mental health, increased self-esteem, and a more positive outlook.
Transfemme® customers report feeling more feminine, in a happier mood, enjoying female activities such as shopping more, and feeling like they see and feel life in color for the first time instead of in Black and White as a male. Note that no Transfemme customers have reported any side effects in the last 28 years.

Before starting hormone therapy, it’s essential to:
Seek Counseling: not only from a therapist but also listen to others who have undergone what you are seeking to do. A therapist specializing in gender issues can provide support and guidance throughout the transition. However, a sister who has already been through this can offer an authentic personal experience.
Understand Fertility Implications: Hormone therapy can lead to sterility. If having biological children is a consideration, sperm banking might be an option before starting HRT.
Please stay informed: if you decide to use HRT, you can keep updating your knowledge as medical recommendations and research are ongoing.
Conclusion
Transitioning is a profoundly personal journey, and hormone therapy is a significant step for many transgender women. While HRT can bring about desired physical and emotional changes, it’s essential to be aware of potential risks. No studies have been done showing the safety of using prescription hormone drugs for MTF transition. The risks of high estrogen in male bodies later in life are well known and rarely mentioned to those transitioning.
Regular medical check-ups and testing. Open communication with healthcare providers and staying informed are crucial for a safe and effective transition. Tests and medical care are expensive even with insurance, and side effects that are not easily remedied can occur.
