Refusing Delivery
If you refuse your package at the time of delivery, we will process a refund; however, with a deduction of $25.99 for the following reasons:
- Restocking & Handling Fee – for returning the product(s) to inventory
- Administration Fee – to cover order processing and support services
- Warehouse & Return Shipping Fee – for carrier return costs and warehouse handling
Returned Packages/ Refusal
- For the refusal of packages of orders within the United States, a $25.99 return fee will be applied.
- For refusal of orders either by the customer or Customs Clearance outside of the United States, we have instructed our warehouse to advise the carrier in the country of origin to abandon the package, as it has become costly for returned packages due to administration fees, duties and taxes and restocking in our warehouse.
Important Notice
Once an order has been successfully delivered and is in your possession, the package is not eligible for return due to restocking and warehouse restrictions.
